Sherbourne & Dundas Safety Survey

Toronto Police (51 Division) released the summary of results from their “Dundas Street East and Sherbourne Street Area Safety Survey”.
The results are telling: 1,097 Surveys Completed
Most people who completed the survey said they do not feel safe at any time of the day or night in the Dundas and Sherbourne Street area. Just over 40% said they feel ‘very safe’ or ‘reasonably safe’ in the morning and afternoon.

 
And about 85% said they feel ‘somewhat unsafe’ or ‘very unsafe’ in the area at night and overnight, with the majority feeling “very unsafe”.
