2nd annual Mingle at F’Amelia

Contributed by Winchester parent and event coordinator Jennifer Torres. This year’s Mingle with F’Amelia Fundraiser was a wonderful evening of delicious food, exquisite wines, laughter and show stopping raffle prizes.

It was well worth the trek through frigid temperatures and snowy sidewalks to warm yourself amongst your fellow Cabbagetowners, Winchester School parents and teachers to raise funds for the Winchester Public School’s student programs and events.

Owner Todd Vesby said “We are so very fortunate to have a supportive and involved community who came out to support the kids of Winchester Public School. In addition to parents, many regulars of F’Amelia joined us to show their Cabbagetown spirit!”

This year’s fundraising goal was exceeded with over $9,000 raised thanks to all the donations and hard work from the community, friends of F’Amelia Restaurant and of course the always generous owners Todd and Tanya . Highlights of the event were the delicious creamy mushroom risotto and the very generously gifted one of kind raffle prizes.
We look forward to next year’s event with anticipation.
