Parliament Street Fitness

Parliament-st-FitnessContributed by Jay Patel  and Warren Scott. We opened our doors on February 1st and have been overwhelmed by support from the Cabbagetown community! Although there are numerous fitness clubs downtown, there were no convenient options for Cabbagetowners – we are so proud to bring this facility to Parliament Street.
We offer monthly and annual all-inclusive memberships and have special rates for seniors, students and Cabbagetown BIA members. Membership provides access to all weight and cardio equipment, attendance at scheduled classes (indoor cycling, yoga and high intensity interval training), shower facilities, day-use lockers and towel service. Over the next few weeks we will be revising our class schedule and are excited to add several weekday classes starting between 9:15-9:30am and Pilates will also be added to our class roster. We now offer massage therapy in-house and look for us to ramp-up outdoor activities, such as boot camp classes and running clinics, as warmer weather approaches. We are located at 488 Parliament Street, just north of Carlton; stop by and visit us!
