Community Sport for All Initiative

Hope you and your loved ones are doing well.

Minister St-Onge launched the Community Sport for All Initiative, a component of the Sport Support Program. The initiative seeks to remove barriers and increase sport participation rates, particularly among Black, Indigenous, racialized, 2SLGBTQQIA+, low-income and newcomer communities. Canadian organizations with the capacity to reach equity-deserving groups in multiple provinces or territories are invited to submit a proposal.

Applicants are required to:

  • read the Application Guidelines in their entirety
  • send an email to the Sport Support Program — Community Sport for All Initiative component to request an application form

The email must be sent no later than 11:59 p.m. local time on the date of the application deadline for your application to be considered.

Deadline: April 4, 2022
