- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ cups quick-cooking oats
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together dry ingredients in a medium bowl until combined, set aside. Mix together wet ingredients in a large bowl. Once combined, slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Once combined, fold in the additional ingredients you’ve chosen (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts).
Use a tablespoon to portion out the cookie dough, make sure to place cookies at least an inch and a half apart on the cookie sheet because they will spread.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are starting to brown.
