St. Jamestown Steak & Chops since 1971

As most of you know Steak & Chops is known for, well… “Steaks & Chops”, but did you also know that you can pick up fresh fish – Irish Organic salmon, Ontario farmed trout, even oysters pre-ordered.   They do in house smoking of both trout and salmon.  You can order your holiday turkey, ham or duck- just give them a call.

I think most of us “Cabbagetowners” still barbeque even in the middle of winter, even in 4 feet of snow… literally.  we’ve ordered our Turkey, both Thanksgiving & Christmas from Steak & Chops for over 20 years & have always had the best customer service & the most amazing bird, every time!   One Christmas, about 10 years ago, soon after arriving at the cottage, we discovered the oven was on ‘cleaning mode’ and due to an electrical outage, it was locked and no way to open it.  So being the resourceful man my husband is, we dug a tunnel out to the BBQ, in the 4 feet of snow – it was quite possibly THE BEST TURKEY EVER!

Mark, Demetri & the whole gang look forward to catering to all your cooking, barbequing, deli catering and Holiday needs. Mark is always buying local for freshness and quality, he’s up early to source out the nicest, freshest produce he can find.
