Absolute Bakery – Fresh and Friendly

Rajenbran-NageswarySeldom a week, dare I say a day, goes by without a visit to the absolute bakery. While I know there are other people involved in the baking and selling of delicious baked goods there is seldom a time that I am not greeted by Rajenbran Nageswary. Besides her lovely demeanour and fresh smile, I never get tired her equally fresh baked goods. I am particularly fond of their spicy rotis. Veggie, meat, chicken and sometimes fish. At $2.50 these rotis are a meal in hand for those on the go.

 
The real problem with the Absolute bakery is that everything is so good. It is too great a temptation not to walk out with an armload of everything. Pies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, bread, cookies and even freshly made sandwiches.  Just writing this is making me hungry. Is it lunchtime yet?
