Nice to get feedback

Hi Peter,

Although my email to you has been slow in getting out, the tardiness does not reflect our immense gratitude to you and the Parliament Street News. We appreciate your willingness to work with us, the members of the Don Valley Art Club,  an appreciation that comes from all of the artists at DVAC. I want to thank you on behalf of the Don Valley Art Club for helping us promote our Spring Art Show and Sale back in May in your paper, and as such, helping us get our message out to the larger community.

The show was a great successful. We were able to sell a total of 42 pieces of art, 21 pieces sold at the Paper Mill Gallery, the in person show, which was well attended by the public, and another 21 pieces sold online, where the show ran simultaneously and a week longer until May 15th!

Working with our community partners is an important component to getting our message out to the public and the support organizations like the Parliament Street News provide makes a significant difference in helping our members get their work out in front of the public. The sales from these shows not only help these artists make a living, but also affirms the work they choose to create.

Thank you for supporting our community of Artists, it is very much appreciated and we look forward to working with your organization in the future.

Sincerely,

Winnie Larsen
