The Daniels Corporation and Jazz FM91 present Junior Jazz Jam

The Daniels Corporation and Jazz. FM91 are excited to present Junior Jazz Jam  – a free monthly concert series for children at the Paintbox Bistro, Regent Park’s new social enterprise restaurant. Designed to foster an appreciation for the musical arts, the series features a select group of exceptional entertainers who present musical concerts for children. Each Junior Jazz Jam features audience participation including singing, clapping, and dancing as well as the introduction of basic music concepts. Running through to December, this series will offer families an enjoyable and engaging weekend activity in a relaxed and casual environment.

 
Junior Jazz Jam kicked off on Saturday, July 20th with FreePlay Duo and continued in August with Sophia Perlman. With such an overwhelming response in attendance, additional performances will take place on September 21st with DRUMHAND; on October 19th with Thompson Egbo-Egbo; on November 23rd with Heather Bambrick; and on December 14th with Richard Marsella.
