Cabbagetown Theatre

Cabbagetown Theatre is returning for their fifteenth+ year as members of the Cabbagetown Festival. We take fairy tales and bring them to life – panto-style – in the glorious Necropolis Chapel that is part of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Group across from Riverdale Farm.

 
This year our story is “Goldilocks: Beyond The Bears” – just what happens to Goldilocks after she’s met the Three Bears anyhow? In our tale, she meets up with Robin Hood, the Sherriff of Cabbagetown and the nasty stepmother and stepsisters from Cinderella – who just happen to be Robin Hood’s relations! There’s lots of shenanigans, dancing and jokes to enjoy during this 30 minute “Panto-Extravaganza” – fun for all ages!

 
Show times on both Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13 are: 12 noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m, 4 p.m.
Tickets are $5 and are available at the door!
