HIIT with Heather loosely follows a ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ format to get your fitness to the next level.
“Walking into the CYC gym, I am brought back to my childhood school gym classes, dreading all kinds of different exercises. Now that I’m older, the dread is still there, but it is accompanied by an appreciation for the benefits I know I will reap from this workout.”
