Like Stout? You’ll Love this

Erin Gamelin and Craig Abbott, owners of Stout Irish Pub, will open Louis Cifer Brew Works at 417 Danforth Ave. in mid-September. Building on success of micro brewing Gamelin and Abbott are taking their new venture to a whole other level.

The Louis Cifer Brew Works will seat over 220 people, staff up to 50, and oh did we mention the 4,500 square-foot space will house a glassed-in brewing system that can produce up to 1,000 hectolitres (that’s a lot) annually alongside a retail area and a full-service restaurant.
This place is going to rock and it is just a short stroll from Parliament Street. Way to go Erin and Craig!
